Warranty information
The warranty period for goods is 30 days from the date of sale. During this period, we guarantee to exchange or repair the product if necessary.

Return information
You can change or return Praktik Group LLC products if:
– No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase;
– The product has not been used and has retained its original appearance and properties.

For a refund, you must provide:
– product;
– confirmation of payment with date;
– application for refund indicating the card number for refund.
